26 July 2022

In late July, songbirds are wrapping up the breeding season and it’s summer season flower time.

Be a part of me for a hen & nature stroll in Schenley Park on Sunday, July 31, 8:30a – 10:30a.

Meet on the Westinghouse Memorial to stroll Circuit Drive close to the Falloon Path.  We’ll see pickerel weed (Pontederia cordata) on the fountain and goldfinches and chipping sparrows on the golf course.

Gown for the climate and put on snug strolling sneakers. Convey water, a solar hat, binoculars and area guides in case you have them.

Earlier than you come, go to my Occasions web page in case of adjustments or cancellations. The outing might be canceled if there’s lightning.

Hope to see you there!
