At 7:10 am on April 24-2022, Krista Kaptein noticed a feminine King Eider at Singing Sands Seaside in Comox. The chook was with 2000 Surf Scoters, some Black Scoters, Lengthy-tailed Geese and Higher Scaup. She was capable of get pictures of the chook.
A number of observers noticed the chook till it flew off in direction of the SE at 8:50am.

**After reviewing photographs at this time, Iwan van Veen observed that he had photographed the feminine King Eider HERE in a combined scoter flock from the Comox to Powell River ferry at 9:25am on April twenty third.**
That is the thirty ninth file for BC.
The chook was not relocated on April twenty fifth.
